Hi, I bought a gtx 750 ti and put it inside my old dell computer. It handles pretty deasent in some games. However in newer games it is getting a huge bottleneck. Most of the time it is at 40% and my cpu at 100% (Intel core 2 duo e7400 by the way)
So I would like to build a new rig that would not bottleneck it. It also has to last a couple of years for future games.
So I need some advise as for the components. It should be as cheep as possible.
So far I think it will end up something like this:
Intel core i5 4440 or AMD fx 8350 or 8320 (maybe even a fx6300 for the cheapness)
A cheap atx motherboard, such as an asus m5a97 or a similarly priced h87 for Intel
8gb of ram
EVGA 500 watt 80+ gold Power Supply
ETC.

Solution
The FX 6300 is the cheapest, and none of the CPUs will bottleneck a 750 ti. Make sure you get the EVO or pro M5A97, not the LE. If you're willing to overclock, you can probably get it to 4500 MHz on air, if you're not, the FX can still give solid performance. Check that your case fits the components using the measurements.

6gb of ddr2 (I think it is 800mhz)
Intel core 2 duo e7400 (2.8ghz)
OEM motherboard (I think)
OEM 250 watt power supply

By the way, could you tell me why you recomend the fx6300 over all the other cpus. Also do you think the m5a97 is good (R2 by the way)?
