Best AM3+ Motherboard?

I'm looking at getting a new AM3+ Socket CPU, but to do that I'd also need a new motherboard, can anyone recommend a good name brand one that has at least 2 PCI-Express ports, and most other basic devices. I was looking at this motherboard and cpu:

Why two PCI slots? Are you planning to run sli or crossfire? Or will the second slot run something like a soundcard/ PCI wireless adapter?

I have a good enough USB wireless adapter for now, and I'd much prefer the sound card to be built in. It'd be for SLI.

@SR-71 Blackbird, does the Gaming 3 actually support 2 way sli, or is the second lane reduced to x4 speed?

I think I'll probably go with the Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3, and FX-8320E. Also, a bit off topic, but is there a huge difference between the 8320 and 8320E?

The gigabyte board is really stable and overclocks well, I really wouldn't go any higher or lower. I've gotten my fx 8350 stable @ 4.8-4.9 with the lesser 970a gigabyte board that I had in my work pc, I did bump it up to the sabertooth just for fun but it still was a rock solid board and is very similar to the one you linked only without SLI unlocked by the vendor, or proper crossfire support.
