Hey, I've saved up some money for a gaming pc and I wanted to build one but i need some help

I'm looking to stay under 700 but I can push to 800 and I'm looking far something that can out preform the next gen consoles and run games like farcry 4, assassins creed unity and arma 3 and planet side 2 at ultra settings with 60 fps if not at least 40fps on ultra also I'm looking for a mother board that is pretty good just in case I want to upgrade the cpu and gpu in the future and have a crossfire capabilities just in case I want to go that route, I don't know how to over clock but I can learn

Also I have a he tv I use as a monitor so don't worry about that and I have gaming mouse and keyboard all I'm looking for is the pc build.

Thank you so much for spending the time to help me out and have a fantastic holidays :)

Solution
