guys i just upgrade my rig to

core i5 4440
msi b85 g43 gaming
8gb ram 1600

so which better for gaming and if that rig can run asc unity ( assassin's creed unity ) on ultra settings ?

AC:U is probably one of the more CPU dependent games to come out recently (IE the quality of the CPU actually affects performance in a significant way, unlike majority of other games). i7-4790 or 4770 might be a good choice here.

Keep your CPU. Going from a 4440 to a 4690 is completely pointless and you will see no performance difference at all.

Give AC unity one or two more updates. It will run fine on an i5.

BF4 and Watchdogs both state an i7 is necessary for Ultra settings, which is a boldfaced lie on both accounts.
