As the title states, my newly costume built pc won't start unless the PCI cables are unplugged.
I've searched all over for solutions but cannot find anything. Is it the cable itself? Or is the PSU?
please help!
Specs:
PSU - Corsair CX430M
GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 970
Motherboard - Asus M5A97 r2.0
