the 265 is better. the 750 ti is about 82% as good as the 265.

HD 6850 has 960 Stream Processors and clock speed of 775 MHz whereas R7 265 has upto 1024 stream processors and clock speed of upto 925MHz. This is basic comparison besides architecture differences. Better stick with R7 265.

Almost. Otherwise GTX 660 gives more performance than R7 265. However, as the OP asked bet R7 265 and 750Ti, my response was out of those two options.
