i have an Intel Core i7-3770K 3.4GHz Processor (8 CPUs) and 4 ram pieces (4Gb each) - 4 ram slots required. and i want the BEST motherboard that can support them ( preferably with 2 slots for graphic cards) and it needs to support a good power supply for a gtx970 (500 WAT required) what is my BEST choice , and what is the best case that can fit them all???

The DDR3 its saying is about the DRAM (Physical Memory). GDDR5 is about the VRAM (Graphics Memory).

Z77 boards support LGA 1155 Ivy Bridge CPUs & 3770K belongs to Ivy Bridge. So you're fine.
