BSOD ntoskrnl.exe fix?

for the last week or so i've been getting random blue screens and so after looking at blue screen viewer it appears to be casued by ntoskrnl.exe . any ideas on how to solve this?

just done a startup repair and it did actually say it had repaired something so i'll see if that has solved it
