after my reformat i could not connect to internet or install any of the drivers including: BIOS, Chipset, LAN, WLAN, etc. i have reformatted computers before but i think it might be the copy of windows XP pro i have. Can i revert to an old XP Home edition from another computer Dell CD and install it

Go here for the drivers for this system. Download to a different system and copy to removable media (like a thumb drive or burn to CD), then load on the Fujitsu.

Assuming you are the Administrator for the system, you should be able to install drivers. This is more likely a case of the drivers needing SP3 installed before the drivers will install.
This is also a (likely) illegal install of XP and as such we can't help you.
