Hello, I have a question regarding the safe laptop temperature.
I know the max temps for a laptop are higher than a normal PC, but i think my laptop reaches temperatures a little too high.
Here are my specs and their temperatures during gamin:
Cpu: intel core i7 2670 2.2 ghz that reaches up to 97 celcius (it never goes past 97)
Gpu: nvidia geforce 610m 2gb vram reaches up to 107 (never goes past 107)
My laptop is an asus, made out of aluminum and it is 2 and something year old.(I am not using a cooling pad)
My question is whether this is seif and if there is a way to make it cooler.

Solution
Well if you're really savvy with taking things apart and rebuilding, try taking off the cooling pipes/heatsinks on the laptop, clean off the old thermal paste and try applying new stuff. Also check to clean out fans as well.
