Hello all:

I've got a spare older HP Media Center PC m7060n machine that I'd like to set up as a simple HTPC in my living room. I realize this is an ancient machine by today's standards, but I don't need anything fancy, just YouTube and video files. Here are the specs from the HP website:

1. CPU: Pentium4 630 (P) HT 3.0 GHz, 800MHz Front side bus, Socket LGA775
2. Chipset: Intel 915GV
3. Motherboard Name: ASUS PTGD-LA (HP Motherboard Name: Goldfish3-GL8E)
4. RAM: 2gb Kingston (two 1gb sticks)
5. Drives: OCZ Vertex 120gb SSD, and the original 200gb 7200rpm drive (still works like a champ)
6. Case: Cooler Master Elite 430 (switched out from ugly HP case a few years ago to something more stylish)
7. PSU: Stock HiPRO, can't remember the exact specs on this, but I can check later if this is necessary info.
8. OS: Lubuntu 14.10LTS or Windows 7 (I have a spare license that can be installed)

Here's my question: Would a Sapphire Radeon HD 5450 1gb card work on this setup? What I'm really after, is an HDMI out to my 47in television. The original chipset seems to have some issues with a slight ghost effect on-screen which is somewhat annoying. Otherwise, the computer runs fine. Please excuse my ignorance since I don't know the specific terminology for these upgrade cards, but here's what I have in mind:

Please advise. Thanks for the feedback.
