Realtek HD Audio Problem

So I recently built my computer and got my graphics card to work and it somehow messed with my Realtek HD Audio. It will not recognize my headset, siberia v2, when it is plugged into the back panel. However when I turn on the option "disable front jack panel" it shows that my headset is plugged into the front panel and the sound works. The whole time it shows something is plugged into mic on the front panel, regardless if the mic is plugged in or not, but is getting nothing from the headset mic. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver and same thing happens either way.

UPDATE: It also has been saying that my device has been unplugged and plugged back in without me doing anything to it. During it the sound plays fine, but keeps popping up on my screen. Don't know if the 2 issues are connected, but throwing it out there

Specs
MOBO: Z87-ds3h (gigabyte)
Graphics Card: Radeon R9 280x (powercolor) <-- (had problems with it, but got a BIOs update)
Processor: i5 4790k

Should it matter? I am trying to keep them plugged into the back panel not the front. And the headset is currently plugged into the back and it says it is in the front for some reason.

It's not loose. It's weird that the only way I get the headset to work is to turn off "enable front panel" and then it shows that it is plugged in the front panel even if its in the back. I ordered a microphone and headset to USB to see if it would help too.
