Building my new PC, after installing Windows 7 and ran for half an hour it just shut down itself. When I try to power it back on the power cycles about twice every three seconds and I see nothing on the monitor. Tried EVERYTHING on the troubleshooting checklist and no luck.
Could it be a bad motherboard? I'm pretty sure I didn't short it since I didn't smell anything weird and no smoke came out of it. Specs are below:
