I want to upgrade my processor to the AMD Athlon II X2 270u Energy Efficient processor. This processor is not listed on ASRock's compatibility list for the M3A770DE motherboard. They both are socket AM3. My concern is that it is only a 25W processor and could the motherboard or CPU get damaged if it is not compatible?
