A few case concerns (standoff, hard drive bays)

The case I got for my first build was stylish and cheap but probably not a great idea. I have two major concerns: the top left stand off screw is bent (can be taken out by is diagonal so I think when I install motherboard it will not fit) and the case came with no hard drive bays so I am no entirely sure on how to install hard drives either (ie mount them into place). So basically what I am asking is should I call and return the case to newegg or can I just unscrew the standoff and not use it (motherboard will be mounted with exception of one screw) and screw just screw the hard drive while it is idle on one of those holder things.
Here is the model # and link to website: CSAZ-206s http://azzatek.com/csaz-206.html

Here are pictures of what i'm talking about:

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

the standoff is probably cross threaded- take it off, and try to screw it in the right way. as for drive cages, it looks like you screw the drives directly into the cage- this case isn't tool-less, no trays. and they didn't seem to include spacers for 2.5in drives.

Thanks for the hard drive part but I tried to screw the standoff back and it just screws in the same slanted position. Do you think I could afford to not have one of the screws in or will that defeat the purpose of not having the motherboard touch the case in the first place?
