Just built a new PC and I am noticing that the integrated graphics is stuttering a lot on simple tasks like youtube videos. The cpu is a 4690k. Also, the CPU is running above stock speeds even though I have not overclocked it. Temperatures for the CPU are maxing at only 40C. If it matters the mobo is a gigabyte UD3H.
Is this normal?
