You may be able to install the base game so that there are no registry or pathway errors and then drag all of the patches and updates into the required folds using USB 3.0 if you have a capable device or usb slot. You may still have to install all of the expansions but the patches shouldn't have to be "installed" as long as they are in the proper folders.
