So I just bought a pc with an i5 4690. It says that it has an operating frequency of 3.5 ghz and has a turbo frequency of 3.9 ghz. Will it go to the turbo boost automatically when it needs the extra power, or will I have to change the setting automatically? Also, will an i5 4690 bottleneck an r9 290?
I also had one other random question. Which pc would perform better on a game like CS GO and a game like BF4?
