Not really sure how you would set up the PC to recognize the two separate keyboards as different players... Imagine connecting a wireless mouse and a wired mouse to a PC; both mice control the one pointer on screen. If you have any free keyboards or cheap ones, my advice is test it and see. There may be 3rd party programs out there to do this.
