Solution
Check all connections inside the case. Especially ensure the Hard Drive(s) are securely connected. Check the RAM, Graphics Card (if you have a unit attached to PCI-E x16 ) and all the PSU connectors.

Make sure your system is free of malware / viruses also, though this is a less likely cause.
To begin with, enter your Motherboard's BIOS and check the CPU Temperature. Ensure it isn't overheating. If it is then you may want to reseat/reinstall the CPU Cooler to ensure it hasn't slipped out of place. This includes reapplying Thermal Paste.

You may also want to examine your PSU. Clean it out using either Compressed Air Canisters or a Vacuum with a thin nozzle. Don't open the unit, just use the fan vent(s) to displace any built-up dust. Overheating can cause the PSU to short and the system to reboot. You may also want to test the PSU in a different machine to ensure it isn't faulty or has reached the end of its lifespan (usually 5-10 years if used at 80% or less load).

well my motherboard lets me see all temperatures in windows anyway and mine is always around 40C i have a decent cooling system, so it doesn't overheat.
PSU i bought 2 months ago it's top of the line Corsair PSU. (right now my cpu temp is 31-33 while i'm not doing anything)
