Download the above software and obtain a Windows 7 image (ISO). Use Rufus to create a bootable USB drive. It's a pretty self-explanatory process.

If you have access to a computer with a dvd drive, you could copy the Windows 7 disc to a bootable USB drive, and boot/install Windows 7 from USB, check online for guides for this process, there are many, none are difficult.

you can download windows 7 isos from here these are all genuine and originally from microsoft downloads i have used them many times before.

then download

http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal-usb-installer-easy-as-1-2-3/

select windows 7 and then install on to the pendrive very simple to do have to do it for friends often.

viola then boot to the pen drive.
