Can the XFX - AMD Radeon R9 290 Black Edition fit my tower?

I'm hoping to get the XFX Radeon r9 290 and the EVGA 850 watt supernova power supply. Can both of those fit my case if the old power supply is removed? The cases dimensions are
Height: 41.1 cm (16.2 inches)
Width: 17.2 cm (6.8 inches)
Length: 42.4 cm (16.7 inches) . IF not, would the Asus - Radeon R9 290X Graphic Card 4gb fit?

Dimensions: 150mm x 140mm x 86mm (5.9 x 5.5 x 3.4 inches)

Standard ATX size. Look up the dimensions on any site you're shopping on, and make sure it's equal to or less than that.

I'm unsure about the GPU. Best to bust out the ruler for that aspect.
