Quiet Static Pressure Fans

Looking for some new options for fairly quiet static pressure fans.

Currently using SP 120's but im switching up my radiatiors to a 280 and 420 and need 140mm fans. Looking for a cheaper option than corsair.

P.S. preferably a fan that the fan blades can be removed fairly easily for painting.

Have you looked at any fans sold from custom loop manufactors etc. EKWB or Koolance. They might have some cheaper options, though i would consider the x2 fan bundle with the Corsair SP's to be a good performer at a cheap price (140mm version might not have this bundle, not sure).

And btw you SHOULD NOT paint the fan blades, it adds extra weight to the rotor, decreasing it's lifespan, might also be slightly louder.
Not sure if that was what you mean't or if you just wanted to paint the frame.
