Very important slow internet speed question help!!!

Okay so just recently my internet has been acting very strange. When I run speed tests im still getting low ping and 60+MBPS download speed, but when browsing the internet the pages load up really slow. I've ran malyware bytes, CC cleaner, and spybot. Please help!

I would try an alternate DNS server, like the Google public DNS at 8.8.8.8 and secondary at 8.8.4.4. Change it in network control panel, network adapters, properties of the adapter used, double left click Internet Protocol version 4 and change the DNS from auto to those.

Also You didnt say what your upload rate was with the speed test. If your upload rate is to low you will experience bandwith issues as well.
