I have recently come into possession of a 2012 HP Probook 6570b laptop. While reading reviews, I found one interesting tidbit: This is one of the few laptops whose GPU and CPU can be upgraded. While I am pleased with the CPU--an i5 3230--the integrated graphics provided by that CPU leave something to be desired.
The documentation from HP shows that this laptop is compatible with, and can be upgraded with, an AMD Radeon HD 7570m. The problem that I face is that I can't find any for sale anywhere. Am I not looking hard enough? Does anyone know where laptop graphics cards can be purchased sans-laptop?
