I need some Surgestions for graphics cards that can run upto 3 displays and are quiet near silent when not under load preferably single card configurations but open to two way SLI / Crossfire

Solution

The MSI GTX970 Gaming is marginally slower (though still factory OC'd) than the Windforce, but the Fans don't even turn on on the card until the GPU hits 60degC - the Windforce runs all the time, but is still quiet - but not as quiet as silence! (also the MSI cards are built to Military standards so in theory should be a better build/durability than the Gigabyte ones - though...

AMD:
R9 270 or better

Nvidia:
970 or 980 does very nicely
Personally recommend Gigabyte's Windforce series due to multiple fan setup keeping it cool and quiet

Run 2 of these in SLI and you'll barely hear them and you'll be set for the next 2-4 years - review on them here - http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/msi_geforce_gtx_970_gaming_review,1.html
