Hello guys! I need your help. :) I'm currently looking for a decent graphic card for me to upgrade. My budget is 150$. This is my current system spec.

Operating System : Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit (6.1, Build 7601)
Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @2.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
Installed Physical Memory : 4.00 GB
Graphic Card : AMD Radeon™ HD 5450 1GB DDR3

I think I have a decent processor for games but I'm looking for a graphic card upgrade. Can someone suggest the best graphic card for this system (with the budget)?

P.S - I'm not lazy to google this, I just need some opinions and learn something.

Here's the full system information.

That's a pretty decent system. But i would suggest you to spend some extra bucks and get another stick of 4gigs of ram as modern games require pretty hefty memory.
Without a PSU,i should not suggest you a gpu but still this is the best among the given budget:
1.Within budget-http://pcpartpicker.com/part/powercolor-video-card-axr9270x2gbd5a2dhe
2.Better and worth the little extra investment-http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-gtx760dc2oc2gd5
Please update the specs of your PSU.
