I've tried searching for an answer, but I still haven't found one.

I'd like to Cap my FPS so it wouldn't run on 200 fps. Thats just wasting power and my temps are getting uncomfortably high, is there a way to cap the FPS? I've tried MSI afterburner (Rivatuner) to cap the fps, but for some reason the game doesn't detect it. Any other way around it? Is there a config file somewhere where I can change the default max FPS?

My CPU temps are hitting 66c (70c Max) just after 5-10 minutes of playing.
But for some reason the game isn't using my GPU all that much so it only hit 45-55c temps.

My CPU never goes above 70c when gaming, only when rendering Video's or Animations or 3D Models.

CPU: I7 4770(Non K) Not overclocked, Stock Cooler
GPU: EVGA GTX 780 SC ACX.

Make sure you have added and selected the correct executable in the game directory.

App detection level: Low
Stealth mode: On
Custom D3D: On
Framerate limit: whatever you want it to be

If it still doesn't work, apply the above settings to the Global profile (top of the list)

OSD wasn't catching my Starcraft 2, but Global profile did the trick for me.

Hope it works for you. Good luck!

Sorry, being a noob, I didn't get on how to set the framerate limit. Tried the setting.ini and other ini files, couldn't find those lines, so I know I am far from understanding whats going on.

Also sorry for the necro, because this is the only thing I found on googling that has the answer
