DVD showing the same content of the previous DVD inserted

I'm having 2 DVD writers on my PC(Asus and a samsung). I'm running windows 7 64bit ultimate. When I first insert a DVD into a drive it shows the content correctly. Then if I insert another DVD to the same drive, it shows the contents of the previous DVD inserted. Windows restart solves the problem temporally. This happens with both drives. So I guess it's something wrong with the OS. Any idea?

I tried that. But no change. I was using the same labeled disks. Maybe that lead to the trouble I'm having.
