Quiet cooling options

I'm currently in the market for a nice air cooling fan for my system that doesn't have a large heatsink, to replace my standard fan that came with my 8350, I have nothing in the way of Overclocking expectations since I'm very happy with the power it outputs as standard, it's just awfully loud under load. Would anyone have a good recommendation for something like that?

Originally I had been looking an an AIO liquid cooler but, it seems a bit too much for a system that isn't going to be overclocked. I have also tried using a CoolerMaster Hyper T4 and, while it was very quiet, the heatsink was so big it blocked up my first two RAM slots, removing the option for dual-channel.

Processor in question is an AMD FX 8350 @ 4.0GHz
And Motherboard is a (potentially faulty) ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0

Thanks for any input I can get from this.

Solution
For quiet cooler
Get the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 --> http://pcpartpicker.com/part/be-quiet-cpu-cooler-bk019
And dual channel can be done on this-->

You cant use both of the first slots? Im using a Hyper T4 on a Asus 970 and can still use one of the first channel dimms, so can still use dual channel.

Anyway, look at the Phanteks TC-12DX, although still quite big, its been designed to not get in the way of ram slots.

The problem is that to get efficient air cooling, you have to have a huge surface area to effect the relatively inefficient thermal transfer to air. Water (liquid) has a better capacity to absorb heat for transfer and it then transfers it to the radiator on thecontainer boundary (the case) for dispersion to the outside.

I am very pleased with both the 120mm/140 mm AOI cooling solutions from NZXT and the "stock" Intel AIO cooler. SilentPCReview has only one radiator on their list of silent cooling devices and that's the NZXT Kraken X61 - a dual radiator.

If you want alternative air solutions, look at their list. :)
