HI,
I am considering make one workstation for HD Video Editing. I will be using Avid media composer / Premier Pro CC / Edius 7 pro / Photoshop CS 6

As per Videoguys DIY Budget Premium workstation suggestion, I got the configuration given below...

ASUS Z87-DELUXE/QUAD
Intel Core i7 4771 or 4770s
32GB G.Skill Ripjaws X (4x8GB) DDR3 1600
Quadro K4200
Boot Disk - Crucial M500 240GB SSD
Case = Antec Three Hundred Two
PSU - CORSAIR HX850
CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-U14S
Blue ray burner - Pioneer BDR-209
Diplay - ???? One that could handle 4k videos

I dont want to spend money over Quadro K4200 unless there is no other best option so please suggest one Best Graphics Card and correct the workstation configuration if needed.

All I need is one stable and durable workstation should be under budget and capable of handling 4k video so I wont need to upgrade it for next 4-5 years...

I'd suggest the FirePro W7100.They seem to be aprox. the same price.
On paper the Firepro looks stronger and better, but I don't know how that advantage works in real life situations.

The Firepro has 8GB of GDDR5 vs 4GB on the Quadro.
It has 1792 stream processors vs Quadros 1344 CUDA cores.
It has 160GB/s vs 173GB/s memory bandwith so it looses a lil' bit here.

Or maybe something like the Quadro 6000.

Here are the links if you want to compare them:

However, this is just one suggestion of mine, since I haven't used any of these I can't tell you their real...

However, this is just one suggestion of mine, since I haven't used any of these I can't tell you their real performance. But for your budget (I guess about $800) either the Quadro or the Firepro will do the job efficiently.
However, the Quadro K6000 and Firepro W9100 blow away everything but that's not your level I guess.
