There are so many displays out there now I wonder what to get for my new build system. GPU is an EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti . We do not play games and do not watch movies on our PC's, but I do want clean crisp TEXT! I heard I should look at IPS displays, but which ones are good? Are any found at Big Box stores any good? A display is something I prefer not to buy online unless the price is very good. I would think that I can get what I want for less than $150.

Most of the new LG monitors have a text reading mode. It actully works very well. I know my monitor has it 27mp33 feel free to check out their website.

Is that the 27mp33hq? Best buy has it for $179 now. Did not check pricing elsewhere. Anyway, is a 27" too big to be used as a monitor less than an arms length away?
