Won't boot, stuck in "Diagnosing your PC" loop. Freezes when attempting solutions.

My PC will not boot up, it's stuck at "Diagnosing your PC". I've tried disabling the recovery in the command prompt which said it changed the setting. I tried refreshing my PC but once I select to refresh Windows 8.1 it says please wait but never goes to the next step where it actually starts doing the refresh. Same happens with Reset.

I just had a very similar problem, it kept trying to repair my computer, and would say it's repaired, but then got a BSOD, and would restart the process all over. I have Acronis true image on my computer, and had to recover to my last recovery. This worked for me, but I have only my operating system on a solid state drive. All my data is backed up on two 2tb hard drives.

Do you have your files backed up?

Honestly I don't really care to save my data, I don't keep anything on this computer other than my games. So if I'd have to lose all my data to fix it I wouldn't mind.
