Is this a good motherboard for an i5 4440 or an i5 4460

Hello I am thinking about upgrading to the i5 4440 or the i5 4460 (I still have not decided which one) and I am looking for a motherboard for (under $100) it if I do upgrade. That motherboard will work. But if you're going with a 4440/4460 you can get a H97 motherboard instead, those are cheaper.
With the saved money you can get the 4460 which is a little bit better.

Definitely H97 will be a good pick. U may also go for mAtx board if you dont require extra options which you might not use. Gigabyte & ASUS are good brands. I use Gigabyte GA H97M D3H and no complaints.
