I just built my first computer. It worked great for 2 days, I then put it to sleep and minutes later it wouldn't turn back on. I unplugged it and reset the cmos which actually appeared to work for a while. I turned it back off thinking the problem was fixed but after hooking everything up (monitor, keyboard, mouse, ect) the computer wouldn't start at all. I tried clearing the cmos a couple more times, leaving the computer unplugged for half an hour at a time and it would never come back on. That leads me to my current problem. I bought a new PSU to see if that was the issue and now the computer will come on for a split second and then turns back off. I unplugged my video card and it does the same thing, turns on for less than a second and then goes back off. Please help.

Edit: I unplugged everything and plugged things in one at a time with the new PSU without any change. On a whim I plugged the first PSU in (the one that didn't work at all before) and it now works. I've turned the computer on and off several times and it continues to boot without issue. I guess it's possible that I had loose connections before and plugged things in better, but that doesn't explain why the second PSU had issues. I suspect my problems are only temporarily solved...
