Random Computer Crashes, Can't Identify Issue (Cpu suspected at this point)

So a few months ago I bought a gaming pc off craigslist (ikik not the smartest idea), but it worked very well and has relatively good specs for my price range. The only issue is that it would crash randomly no matter what I was doing exactly. This has been happening since I had it. At the beginning it was much more frequent, at least once a day, with blue screens and an error message. After some research I suspected it was my RAM and I removed two of my 2GB sticks (there were two different brands of 4 total (2 of each brand)). After I did this, I obviously had less RAM but the crashes were much less frequent. They still happened, but they were not BSODs; the computer just restarts randomly. This happens only every week or so now but it still is an issue that I want to identify. The past two days I have run memtest 86 on my RAM and I have found 0 errors (multiple passes). Therefore I put the old RAM that I removed a few months ago back into my PC, and so far no crashes. I also have run 3d Mark on the high performance test and it didn't crash (everytime I've done 3dmark in the past there has been no issue). Now lastly I ran Hot CPU Tester Pro 4 lite edition today and I checked back on it after a couple hours and it seemed that the computer had restarted, because it was just on the desktop with no windows and the test was gone. That's why I'm pretty sure that's where the issue is right now, but I still want to identify it as the CPU or Mobo because I want to replace the correct thing. OK, I know that was long here are some specs:

So basically my question is why is my computer crashing and what can I do to fix it.

Thanks so much for helping. So does this mean I don't have faulty hardware just drivers? And how did you identify those were the issue because if I could do it myself that would help so much. Thanks again.
