I would like to know how well I could use video editing programs such as Sony Vegas Pro 13, After Effects cs6, and Photoshop using Intel i7's HD 4600 integrated graphics? I understand these programs use gpu acceleration for speeding up rendering times etc.. However, I would just like to know how much It would slow down my render times without using something such as OpenCl In a program like Vegas Pro 13. Thanks alot.

For stuff like Lightroom and Photoshop, the integrated HD Graphics 4600 should do you fine. For bit more intensive stuff like video editing however, my experience is that a dedicated graphics card can indeed do you well. In this case though, a 730 wouldn't make much difference however. Rather I'd probably stick in something like a GTX 750 for CUDA (alternatively a R7 260/260X for OpenCL) which might make Vegas or any other video editing software run a little snappier.

I run Photoshop quite a bit - and the Intel Integrated Graphics on my computer ran into issues (I had dual-monitors and Windows 8.1 Pro) - they ranged from BSOD's, flashing colors on the screen and the system locking up. I purchased a NVidia 750ti (2GB model) and the issues went away - not to mention that speed within photoshop is vastly different. They have quite a few on sale right now for $100 - $150 - and if you have a 400W+ PSU, it should work without any issues.
