it is true that many customers complain about MSI...i want asus but i dont like the gold and black theme...their red and black which is ROG series are very expensive in my country... MSI's price range that i'm sure i can afford...i was searching for Asrock z97 fatality killer but mostly asrock boards in my country are AMD supported...kinda hard to find one

i want to spend less but with quality....i'm aiming for less than $170... i want a motherboard that can sli or crossfire can overclock well, has a m.2 socket for future use, nice audio and lan solution, nice aesthetics

I don't think so MSI have bad quality.....
I have MSI z97 gaming 5 with i5 4670k,all is great, nice overclocking performance and nice quality:) ps(I love there gaming color)
You can read this "Motherboard tier list: Z97 chipset"
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2383187/motherboard-tier-list-z97-chipset.html
The poster @MeteorsRaining said that:
MSI Gaming 5 uses higher quality components (primarily the capacitors) than Z97-A. That accounts for the higher rank.

MSI currently has no such issues, a couple of their boards, from AMD platform, were (rightly) critized of having overheating VRMs and DOA memory slots. Currently MSI has the same RMA rate as Asus, and they infact use high quality components, such rumours are biased and one should not be put off by it. MSI is as good as other brands, if not better.

I would said msi is good, some bias would come from same people....

low quality boards in the low end and the price would be pretty low,so low end board would be have best value (just for unoverclocking guys).like msi 970 g43 best with low budget and won't overclocking people:)
