BIOS HELP! Please!

Im Sorry I thought I put in all the info. The MB is a Biostar TA 970. I was trying to update to the uefi bios and may have downloaded the wrong bios from their site. Now when I turn my computer in my monitor doesn't detect my computer is on and remains black. Also all my fans work and my keyboard but not my mouse. I'm really quite confused can someone please help me? It's also just a gaming mobo so it has no onboard graphics. I use a r9 270x

Thanks I'll look into that. Just got off work called Biostar and said I should have to send the mobo to them so they could flash it or I had to buy a new chip. I really hope this works!

So I Looked into all that and yes it would work with my mobo but I don't know if its possible to use a usb instead of floppy being as I don't havea floppy drive? Also Biostars website only has a .bss file on there no disc image or anything do i need to convert it somehow? I called them and that's all there is they said. Sorry I'm kinda new to this if you can't tell.
