Best all in one CPU liquid cooler for LGA1150?

Hi guys

I'm looking into getting a all in one CPU liquid cooler for my PC. I'm currently running an i5 4670, and probably will be getting a i7 4790k soon.

I have a Coolermaster CM Storm Scout 2 case, too.

So I have three questions:

1) What would be the best cooler under $150?
2) What would be the best cooler under $100?
3) I heard that LGA1155 coolers will fit on LGA1150 CPU's. Is this true?

I don't want to sound like someone who has asked before looking it up themselves, so, for your information, I've had a good look around and am still not sure

1. Under $150 would probably be the Swiftech H220-X in my opinion
2. Under $100 would be the H100i (pretty close and sales happen)
3. Yes the mounting hardware is the same for both

They should since the top and front of the case can take 2x120mm fans unless the spacing is weird. The only thing I would check is mobo clearance on the top for the rad + fans.

I think I would have to put the fans ontop of the case (I heard this was possible, is that true?), because there's about a 3cm gap above the mobo... I saw the dimensions of the H220-X and it was 5.4cm from the top of the fans, to the bottom of the radiator.

I can post a picture of my setup, if you want. I'm not sure if the part that drops down (that holds the liquid) will fit, too.
