I had my eyes dead set on the MSI GTX970 Gaming ($350), but I noticed for $100 more than a single 970 I could crossfire an Asus R9 290. Is the GTX about to experience a price cut or is it prime time to buy? Also, if I crossfire, I noticed that I might be cutting it close with my power supply. What are your opinions?

PC Build:
Case- Thermaltake gt 10
PSU: 750W EVGA G2 Gold
MB- MSI Z97 gaming 5
CPU-i7-4790K
SSD: Samsung 850pro
Ram- 4x 4GB G-Skill Sniper 1866Mhz
Keyboard- Crossair RGB K70
Mouse- Logitech G502

Solution
no 750W is more then enough for cf290 and will give you way more performance. but a single 970 will give less problems then dual gpu and use allot less power
I'm not expecting any more price cuts for those cards. If anything you might find some already on discount for this holiday season.

I wouldn't cut it close on the PSU to Crossfire two 290's

I'd rather get a single 970 now and SLI another one later.
