Check videos on Youtube on how to build a PC.
Make sure your PSU is switched off (if you have a switch), plug it into a grounded wall socket, and touch the PSU every time before handling any component that has external circuits.
Read the components manuals if possible.
Depending on the CPU cooler that you have, you can mount the CPU, CPU cooler and RAM bofore mounting the mobo in the case. Just make sure you put the mobo on the static protective plastic bag that it comes into.
