For that extreme distance best bet is to run a shielded cat5e cable under-ground to the house, then at the guest house connect the cable to a wireless repeater.

This is the best, although you might have to boost the signal at both ends. You could also look into commerical point to point wireless (not a wireless repeater or point to point wireless with routers) but you'll need a clear line of sight either through a gap in the trees or by going over the tress. The gap would need to be at least 3ft in diameter all the way through.
Do you have line of sight from one house to the other? Even from the roof or a phone pole or something? You could set up a MESH network or a directional repeater. It really depends on how much work you want to put in to it.
How much work/money are you wanting to spend on this is the real question. There are some easier expensive solutions and some more work intensive cheaper solutions.
