Is it safe to order from Hookbag.ca

hi!

I am interested in purchasing a cpu from hookbag.ca and a projection screen. Has anyone had a first hand experience with them? Because there seem to be a mixed amount of negative and positive reviews?

I would go with Amazon or someone else but the same projection screen costs $140 more on Amazon then on hookbag.ca..... Can I trust this website?

Their BBB rating is A-, but there are just too many 1-star reviews here: http://www.resellerratings.com/store/HookBag

You never can tell. You can always order and then if things go sour your credit card company can get in the middle. Or you can just pay $140 more...

Maybe you can TOFT and let us all know.

adi canada got another model in the h 100 but it is h100 wi you could check there web site .

Ya I noticed ,but it needs to be tab tensioned without breaking the bank. That's what makes it so tricky to find the right screen.

Good price but poor product support. If the site says item is "in stock" probably just means it is in stock at some other supplier somewhere (my experience). Inflexible return policy, even for defective goods. I bought a projector with a defective lamp, but I'll have to return the whole projector and wait 3 weeks even just for the lamp to be credited or replaced. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I bought a product in March 2015, and it arrived quickly. But my credit card was compromised almost immediately afterwards - there were dozens of unauthorized charges. I have no proof of the cause, of course. But I won't be using them again.
