Is this a Good motherboard?

Solution
I wouldn't suggest that motherboard since it's a bit old. The power phase design is also on the cheap side and might not be optimal for overclocking.
If you want to stick with Gigabyte, check that board : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128664&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

It has better chipset and has the ability to crossfire. It also hase PCIe 3.0 slots which is better for discrete graphic card performance.
