Is this a Good motherboard?

I wouldn't suggest that motherboard since it's a bit old. The power phase design is also on the cheap side and might not be optimal for overclocking.

It has better chipset and has the ability to crossfire. It also hase PCIe 3.0 slots which is better for discrete graphic card performance.
