are ps4 games compitable with mouse??

Only consoles have a guarantee of being futureproof for a set amount of time. Putting a 970 in your PC wouldn't be reasonable and honestly isn't reasonable in anyone's pc if they are not an always must be above 60fps at all time fanatic. a 760 would play games on ultra settings for about 2 more years and then might need to go down to high settings to get 2 more years out of it. So yes, that new i3, motherboard, ram and 760 would last you 4 years. In 4 years you might be playing on high settings or a mix of medium...
You should be fine for gaming if you just toss a 2GB gtx760 (around $180) in there. Make sure you have 8gb of ram(around $70), if not, upgrade there too. Then you should be good for gaming for a while longer. Your cpu and motherboard would be the things you should think about upgrading in the next 2 or so years. So for around $250 you could have a decent gaming pc. Sounds like that would be the cheaper route. Even if you upgraded your motherboard and cpu, with an H series board and an i3 4130, you would be looking at a total of around $430 which is barely above the cost of a PS4. Games on PC are much cheaper because of the constant sales and you'll have a much better productivity device too. And both ps4 and xbox 360 and one controllers work on the pc.

But i am looking for something that should last for atleast 4 years. I think ps4 would do it. Whay should I do?? If i go for gtx 970, my cpu will bottleneck it. The only way is ps4 i think (and future proof too).

In 4 years you might be playing on high settings or a mix of medium and high, but it will still have you playing games at better graphical levels than the ps4 can. So, yes, a pc will last you as long as a ps4, then the good thing about a pc is that in 4 years, you can just upgrade the graphics card for $170 and be back to playing on ultra settings again. In the long run, with that future low upgrade cost and the games being cheaper a PC will be a good choice money wise.
