I got a new graphics card GT 9800 and it doesn't want to start up ever since I just recently installed the nvidia system tools to maximize my performance.with this new card it wasn't compatible with my previous program geforce experience. Now it keeps on restarting my computer with this new software that I have installed and I have no way of ruining up in safe mode at all I've already tried and it just gives me a black screen on my monitor and I have maybe not even a minute for after the boot up for to restart again so if anybody has any ideas on why this is happening that would be great and it has to be done in like 30 40 seconds cuz all I have windows time and I can't open into BIOS at all so.
