So this is my first build gaming PC and now i'm sure I did about 90-95% of the steps in constructing it correctly; the issue is that after I start it up and everything runs normally (I can access the internet, Steam, everything that a properly working computer does) the computer just loses signal to my monitor, while on the other hand the components continue to stay on. The only way to fix this is to force it to shut down, holding the power button down and then rebooting it only leads down the same exact path. Although I once started it up and the BIOS screen stated there was a CPU Fan Error I went in and set the RPMs from it's standard 600 to 400, 400 down to 200, and eventually just set it to Ignore and that did fix the CPU message eventually, but now i'm at a complete loss because it's still losing signal from one minute, to thirty minutes after booting up.

I've gone through a number of other possible solutions..
1. Check cables
2. Swap RAM sticks from the black suit to the blue suit-- while making sure they 'click' into place
3. Loosening MOBO screws (not to mention the manual did not state to use the three ground screws provided let alone where I would use them.. ?)

Now one concern I do have is that my 20+4 pin from the PSU is a little strange to me. I can plug in the whole 20, but the 4 pin is separate, and there a little bit of plastic that prevents me from inserting it all the way next to the 20 pin.. whether it's supposed to be around a Millimeter from being plugged in all of the way is a problem or not is beyond me, because I've tried plugging that thing in 1000 times with no cigar.

I can try to upload and post a link to a few pictures or even a video giving a tour of my PCs guts if it's necessary (prepare for potato Galaxy S4 vid quality) asap. It could have something to do with the GPX card or MOBO.. or realistically anything out of my league to fix, and at this point I wouldn't be surprised, I've heard MSI customer service is a huge pain to work with. I only hope there's just a step I've missed.

Okay I tried readjusting the pins and they seem to be nice and snug (thank you very much), but after a few minutes I got two red flashes on my MOBO and it lost signal yet again.. as for the temps i'm studying up now to see what makes a PC like mine squirm.

I did that whilst I was seating the RAM sticks, sorry I forgot to mention that detail.
