Upgrading PC graphics card. Will it bottleneck?

Hey guys.
Well since christmas is coming up and my PC is pretty crappy because i've only started actualy PC gaming so I decided to upgrade my graphics card.
My current CPU is the AMD Phenom X4 9950 Black Edition and my graphics card is some pretty bad AMD Radeon HD 6450.
I've decided to replace my AMD Radeon HD 6450 with a AMD R9 270X but I am worried that it will bottleneck until I get the money to upgrade my graphics card.
Would it bottleneck?

Secondly, once I get the money within next year I will also get a new MB and new CPU (probably i7 4770K or something lower) but I am wondering if an i7 4770k would bottleneck with a R9 270X?

Thanks for helping :)

Solution
I'm guessing your first question is if the AMD cpu will bottleneck a Phenom x4, honestly the best I can give you on that is a maybe, sorry I dont have a 270x or the Phenom x4, but if it's a older chip which it is, it's possible. the i7 4770k will NOT bottleneck at all.
