Don't need to include OS as I have a Win 7 Pro disc and can get the license in 30 days after install (next paycheck!)...

My son plays minecraft, garry's mod, roblox, etc.

Trying to spend $400 including monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers (which can be included in monitor, but need sound card or integrated sound on MB).

Thank you

Solution
Get the kid graphics card at some point in the future. That budget is brutally low, for what you are wanting. Might be better off finding Monitor used on craigslist, to free up for some better hardware.

Thank you! The video capability of this motherboards is better than a standard integrated Intel chipset one, right? He wants to be able to play minecraft and garry's mod without any lag. From what I've been told neither of those games are overly needy on graphics power but he has tried playing on a newer computer with integrated Intel video and it was very laggy.
